We were really happy with our experience with Mike and the lessons. He is extremely patient and positive. We are going to continue with lessons after groupon is done because my daughters love it.

As 29 year old looking to learn basic to advanced skateboardings technique,  I am excited to have found Mike Owen to be my skateboarding instructor.  I would recommend Mike to any kids or adults who want to take their skating to the next level.

Mike was great with my son!! He was visiting for a short 1.5 week period, Mike was very flexible as far a fitting my son in for the 3 lessons on short notice. He was a perfect combo of professional and chill, and reallly inspired my son!! All he wanted to do was practice his skating after the first session with Mike!! Ian can’t wait to get back to SD to skate with Mike again! Very high value !!

Mike is great. He covered a lot in an hour. Very encouraging and supportive of my first time hesitant son! Worked with our week long visit to California to get in all 3 private lessons. Would definitely recommend Mike to friends wanting a comprehensive, positive experience for their skateboarder.
