  • Skatepark safety and etiquette
  • Riding small ramps (when ready)

Our goal is to help students build confidence, have fun, and improve step by step.

Where Lessons Take Place

We meet students at local public skateparks throughout San Diego County. Lesson locations are chosen based on the student’s level, location, and schedule.

Common lesson locations include Linda Vista Skatepark, Carmel Valley Skatepark, Encinitas Skatepark, Carlsbad Skatepark, Rancho Peñasquitos Skatepark, La Mesa Skatepark, and Ocean Beach Skatepark.

San Diego Skateboarding is an independent lesson provider and is not affiliated with or operated by the City of San Diego or these skateparks. These public parks provide great environments for skateboarding lessons.

Location depends on your schedule and what park is best for the student’s level.
