Overview — Vista Skatepark (Vista, CA)

Vista Skatepark is one of North County’s most complete skate destinations, offering two separate concrete facilities just a few blocks apart. Opened in 2017 and designed by Grindline, the combined footprint covers about 22,500 square feet of smooth, well-built terrain.

The Street Plaza (400 N. Santa Fe Ave.) spans around 11,000 sq ft, packed with rails, ledges, hubbas, banks, stairs, a China bank, manual pads, and a variety of lines for technical skating. A short walk away, the Bowl Park (510 N. Santa Fe Ave.) adds another 10,500 sq ft with two massive features: a 10-foot-deep peanut-shaped pool and a combi-style bowl with hips, extensions, and a central volcano.

Both areas are free to skate and open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with lights for evening sessions. Vista’s skateparks combine the best of street and transition skating, making them a must-hit stop on any San Diego skate tour.
